Bizzare: Rail wagon reaches UP from AP after 4 years

In November 2014, a trader from Uttar Pradesh booked a wagon with the Indian Railways for transporting fertilisers from Visakhapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh to Basti, Uttar Pradesh. The person, who booked the wagon, said the cost of fertilisers was worth Rs 10 lakh and stated that they would take back the stock after making an assessment. A railway official said that wagon might have misplaced due to sick and did not send to UP because of miscommunication. The wagon might have kept somewhere, he stated.
