US new visa policy: Visas with missing info will be rejected

A memo released last week highlighted policy changes that all immigration officials to reject visa applications for missing or inadequate information. The new visa policy will come into effect from September 11. USCIS Director L Francis Cissna in a statement said that new policy will equip USCIS officers to support the deserved and protect the integrity of the immigration system from those who want to exploit it.
