Shiv Sena, a part of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre said in its mouthpiece, Saamna, that it might not support the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the no-confidence motion today. It said in the daily's editorial that it is with the people of India and not for any dictatorship. The party is not seeing eye to eye with the ruling BJP in its home state, Maharashtra. Stating that the mandate enjoyed by BJP is suspicious, the editorial went on to charge that it might have been achieved by rigging EVMs.
