Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that is probing the INX Media case, said that it will seek custodial interrogation of former Finance minister, P. Chidambaram. It will be filing an affidavit to this effect in Delhi High Court (HC), CBI sources said. Earlier, CBI did not seek arrest of Chidabaram. But with fresh evidence coming up in the case every now and then, the CBI has found it necessary to seek custodial interrogation. Chidabaram's son, Karthi is already in CBI custody and is being interrogated.
