Dileep returns to Malayalam film body, 4 actresses quit

In the wake of Mollywood actor Dileep returning to Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA), four actresses have quit in protest. The actor had been booked in kidnap and rape cases and was in jail for 85 days. He was promptly removed from AMMA. However, the artistes' body that met under new chairman, Mohan Lal, took back Dileep. This has sparked protests from some female artistes, who quit from the body. With this events have taken a new turn in Malayalam film industry.
