Prospects are bright for Indian-American Aruna Miller to enter the House of Representatives from Maryland. The 53-year-old is contesting against businessman David Trone in the Democratic party. Her supporters are confident of Aruna’s victory as her popularity is growing. Born in Hyderabad, Aruna had migrated to the US at the age of six and settled down as a civil engineer. She attracted the people and media attention by electing to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2010. The primary election on Tuesday will decide the winner.
