All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen Party (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi has called upon Indian Muslims to “fight back” and save the country, in the wake of the alleged lynching of a Muslim man in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur district. Taking to Twitter, Owaisi, the Lok Sabha MP from Hyderabad, also wondered if India was going the “Rwanda” way and called the lynching incident “shameful." In a new video referenced by AIMIM president, Asaduddin Owaisi in his tweet, the mob in Hapur tries to force 65-year-old, Samiyuddin to admit that he was slaughtering a cow. Blood can be seen on the old man’s clothes. While Samiyuddin was injured, 45-year-old Qasim succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
