Villagers forced to climb down wells to scoop out water in MP’s Dindori

Villagers are climbing down wells to scoop out water in Salaiya village of Dindori in Madhya Pradesh, where people are facing acute water shortage. Locals are struggling and risking their lives for water as they have to climb down the wells for water which is not fresh and hygienic. Shapura SDM, Amit Singh responding over the issue said, people are struggling for water and said orders were passed to the village Panchayat to supply water to the locals through tankers and added that immediate action would be taken in case of any kind of negligence in this regard.
