SB : Are Karnataka consequences Constitutional? - NTv

Karnataka politics are turning hot. Supreme Court pronouncing verdict after Congress-JD (S) filed petition in SC said, it can't prevent Yaddyurappa's oath taking ceremony and Governor's discretionary powers. SC observed that Yaddi should prove his majority by Saturday evening. Governor Vajubhai has given chance to single largest party. Earlier, the Governor asked Yaddi to prove his majority in 15 days. According to Sarkaria Commission, first priority will be given to collision government (prior agreement) to form the government, second priority will be given to single largest party to form the government.
