Fight over water: 40 vehicles set ablaze, 50 shops gutted in Aurangabad

Throughout the night of Friday, people were fighting over water in three localities-Shah Gunj, Raja Bazaar and Gandhi Nagar-of Aurangabad city in Maharashtra. In this clash, one person was killed, at least 40 vehicles were set ablaze and 50 shops were gutted. In the mob attack, 15 police personnel have suffered injuries when they were trying to disperse them, who were indulging in violence. The police officials deployed additional forces and brought the situation under control. An investigation is underway to know the reasons for clashes.
