London court gave a shock to liquor king Vijay Mallya in extradition trial while admitting all the evidences provided by CBI court. London court has made these comments while responding over the fraud and money laundering cases filed by 13 Indian Banks. The court has suggested to seize Vijay Mallya's properties abroad. Court has also pronounced that all the assets would be considered as Mallya's despite his denial of ownership of the overseas assets. Tipu Sultan's sword which was owned by Mallya for Rs 2 crores in an auction was also not with him as he gifted it to someone. CBI is exercising on the possible ways of recovery.
