Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has demanded 17 cuts for the movie 'Vishwaroopam 2', a sequel to the 2012 film titled Vishwaroopam and the film may hit the screens during the summer. The report stated that the Censor board advised the cuts in the Kamal Haasan-starrer spy thriller because of religious and political satires in the film. The long-delayed sequel to 'Vishwaroopam' has been passed with U/A certificate. Kamal Haasan has written, directed and co-produced the film which will simultaneously be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The music is composed by Ghibran.
