PM Narendra Modi, while speaking at the Indian diaspora at an event, Bharat Ki Baat, Sabke Saath’s public programme in London on Wednesday has asked people not to politicise over rape incidents. The Prime Minister said it is not good to compare the number of rape incidents taking place in one government and in another government. While calling the recent incidents of sexual assault were a shame for the country. PM Modi said rape is a rape and added that parents should not only restrict their daughters but they should equally restrict their sons as well. We ask our daughters for their late comings to house and prevent them from talking to outsiders on phone, but do we ask our sons, the PM questioned.
