The CBI filed a charge sheet against former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, and their son Tejashwi Yadav and 11 others in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) case. In the charge sheet, the CBI accused Lalu Prasad of handing over the contract of two hotels run by IRCTC to a private firm. In return, Lalu Prasad was given a plot of three acres in a prime locality in Patna through a fictitious company, the CBI alleged.
