'MADAD'- Railway's dedicated app to address passengers grievances - Etv

'MADAD' (Mobile Application for Desired Assistance During travel) App is going to say goodbye to grievances of passengers of the Indian Railways. According to the reports, the App will come into function later this month to enable its passengers to lodge complaints. Through this app, passengers can come to know many aspects, be it over food quality, dirty toilets or any other emergency services. With this app, passengers will also be able to track the status of their complaints as it will directly reach the relevant officials of the divisions concerned.
