Reliance Industries to invest Rs 55,000 crore in AP - Etv

Reliance Industries has signed two agreements with the AP government at CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam. The company will invest Rs 15,000 crore in setting up an electronic park near Tirupati. The park will have units to produce 10 lakh mobile phones and set-top boxes. Reliance will set up an Institution of Excellence in 100 acres near Amaravati. The institute will support innovation, incubation and skill training. Also, Reliance and British Petroleum will jointly invest Rs 40,000 crore in Krishna Godavari basin.
