In a speech in the Parliament, Union Minister Arun Jaitley brushed aside the dissent by Andhra Pradesh (AP) Members, as of no significance. His words did not show any seriousness or significance to the problem at hand. He merely listed out all the funds that were released by the Centre towards the institutions in AP. As for the promises in AP Reorganisation Act, Jaitley merely said that some of them have been fulfilled and regarding others, works are in progression. He did not mention any of the subjects that are of concern to Andhra people.
