The ruling Telugu Desam Party(TDP) in Andhra Pradesh which is the second largest alliance partner of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has expressed displeasure over allocations for Andhra Pradesh in Union budget 2018. The state MPs have complained that the budget was a disappointing one and further alleged that none of the promises made in the AP Reorganisation Act found any mention in the budget. Andhra Intellectuals Forum president Chalasani Srinivas, YSRCP leader Jogi Ramesh, BJP leader Raghu Ram and Kambhampati Ram Mohan Rao who is special representative of the Andhra Pradesh government in Delhi have debated on this issue.
