Big shock for Shahrukh Khan as IT Dept attaches his Alibaug farmhouse - NTv

In a significant development, the income tax department has attached Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Alibaug farmhouse in Mumbai that violated environment norms in the area. Earlier in December, the department has issued notices to Bollywood Superstar under Benami Transactions Prohibition Act. The attached assets worth is Rs 14 crore. Shah Rukh Khan had allegedly built a bungalow on an agricultural land. He has been given 90 days to reply about the land deal.The IT department said that Sharukh Khan didn't take permission from collector or any official concerned to turn agriculture land into commercial land.
