High Court ordered to reopen Ayesha Meera's Case while giving the responsibility to SIT and asked to submit the report before April 28. HC also ordered govt not to transfer officers without taking permission from the court. It is known that Ayesha Meera was raped and murdered in December 2007 in Ibrahimpatnam near Vijayawada. A cell phone thief Satyam Babu who was forcibly involved in the case was declared innocent by court on 31 March 2017, after 10 years trial. Thus HC ordered to reopen the case to find and punish the real culprits over the petition filed by Ayesha Meera's mother.
