Life is a mix of emotions as ups and downs are common being part of life. But some people lose balance and get into depression being helpless if they come across any unexpected problems. Scientists of Alberta University in Canada made a study and research on life partner's role in getting their better half out of depression. Their studies revealed that in most of the cases partners support helped the people in coming out of depression and it helped both otherwise in building up confidence levels. They say that it won't give positive results if a person is in deep depression as they need to act according to the diseased moods.
