Irrigation Minister Harish Rao fired on Congress leaders for creating hurdles to constructing irrigation projects. Harish blamed the then Congress government for constructing Pulichinthala, which was a bane for Telangana. As many as 28 villagers lost their livelihood and these villages submerged under Pulichinthala, which irrigate Andhra region for the third crop. Harish reminded when there was Nizam state, the plan was that there should be a dam at Nandikonda, but after Andhra Pradesh, the rulers changed the location. He questioned Congress leaders, why they didn't complete SRSP till 2014. Because of their negligency, farmers paid price. Watch the video for more info.
