Pawan Kalyan answering the questions of the gathering on cleanliness, & pollution in India at Telugu Association of London's (TAL) meet said India is suffering with excessive democracy. He said a change will come if all come together for responsible democracy. He said it will come by political leaders by understanding the sanctity of human life. When he was questioned about his top priorities if he becomes CM, he said the first will be education, followed by water and food security, and the third will be safety & security of women.
