Fake Medicine racket busted in Guntur & Vijayawada - Tv9

Adulteration in food items is now spread to medicines while targeting big brands of Multinational companies. Fake Medicine racket busted in Guntur. The issue came into limelight when Multinational company Johnson & Johnson's Ultracet tablets recorded sudden drop in sales last week. Duplicate medicines entered into markets which resembles the original except a very minute difference either in spelling or packing. CI Viswanath says duplicate medicines were found in Guntur Durga Medicals and Sai Medicals in Vijayawada 1 Town. They said lab reports proved that they are of duplicate. ADE Vijay Kumar says Medical Mafia is spreading wings in AP.
