Novel concept: Hijras' gives instructions to Commuters in Anantapur

Anantapur police always create the trend with their innovative thinking. Madakasira Inspector Siva Kumar initiated the novel concept, where he involved the Hijras to give instructions to traffic violators who were driving the vehicle without a helmet.The Hijras told the commuters to wear the helmet as their family members become an orphan whenever they met with an accident. Siva Kumar said to create awareness among the commuters we took up this novel initiative. The Hijras even kissed the commuters for violating the rules.
