KCR gave a quick and apt reply to a question raised by Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief, Uttam Kumar Reddy, in Winter Session of the Assembly today. Uttam said that even though the government has said that it has waived farmers' loans, to a tune of nearly Rs. 17 crores, in four instalments, it is just the prinicpal amount. The farmers are still paying interest on the interest amounts, he said. To prove this, he would get a report from the farmers, all over the state, he added. To this, KCR replied piquantly, that if Uttam Kumar does this, he would definitely sanction the amount, whatever it might be.
