H 1B, L1 Visa Extension: Directives Going to More Tough After Trump Order

The US Administration led by Trump has made it more difficult for the renewal of non-immigrant visas such as H-1B and L1. As part of the new directive, Indian IT professionals and others hailing from various countries are likely to face blunder and difficulties as some of the norms are going to be changed soon. It is said that the 13-year-old policy, the US Citizenship, and Immigration Services (USCIS) is likely to be changed. Now, they need to prove to the federal authorities that they are still eligible for the visa they apply for during the extension process.
