Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has brought real-time governance to put an end to the corruption in the state capital region mainly in Krishna district. The Chief Minister who has launched a mega call center at Guntupalli in Krishna district a few months back to receive feedback from the people on the government’s welfare programmes has been getting a good response. According to the reports over 2000 call center employees have been working for 24 hours and the problems of the people pertaining to the departments are getting solved. This issue has turned a hot political topic as some of the TDP MLAs have expressed dissatisfaction saying that people are not approaching to them for any problems instead they are taking the help of call centre which is doing the works quite efficiently passing the information of the problems to the concerned officials and getting the problems solved.
