Nawaz Sharif's son in law Arrested on Return to Pakistan

Muhammad Safdar, the son in law of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif was arrested after he failed to appear at previous National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court hearings about corruption allegations against his father-in-law and other family members including him. According to the reports, a lawmaker married to Nawaz Sharif's daughter was arrested at Islamabad airport on Monday by Pakistan's anti-corruption body on his return from London. Two of Nawaz Sharif's sons are also due to appear before the NAB court.
