Indian Army jawans conducted a surgical strike against Naga insurgent camps along the border with Myanmaar and destroyed most of them. This is the second surgical strike against Myanmaar, after June 2015, against Myanmaar, when a similar operation was conducted, in retaliation of the killing of 18 Indian soldiers at Manipur, by the militants. A team of Para Commandos of Indian Army, struck at the Naga insurgent camps close to Langkhu village, at 4.45 a.m., this morning. The unit did not cross the international border and did not suffer any casualities.
