AP CM Chandrababu Naidu reveals his Food Habits and Daily Diet Plan. He said he takes simple diet rather rich man's food with sweet & fat. He said he recently changed his diet and taking oats upma, or 1 or 2 dosa in breakfast and a fruit in between breakfast and lunch. In lunch he takes millets like sorghum, oats, bajra with 2 or 3 vegetables. He said at 7 pm he takes 1 white egg with some light food or soup after taking dry fruit in between and takes a glass of milk at bed time following diet restrictions strictly and sleeps for 5 1/2 hrs.
