Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Lok Sabha member, JC Diwakar Reddy has surprised the political circle in Andhra Pradesh, when he announced to quit his post. The maverick MP, while stating the reason has alleged that some external elements have become an obstruction to him for carrying out his development activities in his constituency. Tadipatri MP, who is known for making straight comments has admitted that he could not give people drinking water and also could not bring water to the Chagallu project. On the other hand, AP Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma Maheshwara Rao who was in the meeting with District Collectors reportedly talked with Anantapur district Collector and reportedly asked him to make arrangements for the release of water to Chagallu project. It is said that from PABR, 200 cusecs of the water has been released to Chagallu reservoir. This has reportedly made TDP MP cool. There are also political reasons behind TDP MP to take the decision of his resignation. Check out the video.
