Telugu Desam Party (TDP) former Member of Parliament (MP), Nama Nageswar Rao, will be quitting the party and joining Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Nama is the right hand of Chandrababu. He was MP from Khammam. But TDP has been losing ground in Telangana, with only two out of 15 legislators staying with the party in the state. Nama is said to have conducted a survey and realised that TDP has no place in Khammam. His popularity however, had not reduced. So he decided to contest as MP from BJP.
