The US that suspended temporarily to handle the huge rush of applications for the H-1B work visas popular among Indian IT professionals five months before, has resumed premium processing in all categories. The US citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) has resumed premium processing of H-1B work visa applications, which were suspended in April to handle huge rush of new petitions. It is learned that the service is only available for pending petitions, not new submissions. The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa which allows US companies to employ foreign workers.
