Streams of water is flowing on the roads. Officials, who swung in to action, are trying to pump out the water from the cellars and ensure smooth traffic on the roads. However, locals flayed the officials for late reaction. The condition was the same some 20 days ago, when it had rained heavily. Nothing was done during the dry period.
