Flood situation grim in Bihar; Nitish seeks Army help

Bihar Chief Minister (CM) Nitish Kumar has sought the help of Army and Air Force, for dealing with the grim flood situation in the state. More than 15 districts are submerged under flood water, even as the rivers are overflowing due to incessant rain from the past three days. A whole stretch of North India, from Nepal to Bihar, is facing flood fury. Janakpur Airport in Nepal is completely waterlogged. The planes are landing in water. In Bihar, Purnea railway station is submerged in 5-ft deep water.
