NDA vice-presidential candidate Venkaiah Naidu gave a counter to the corruption allegations levelled against him. He stated that the then Karnataka government had offered flats to Rajya Sabha MPs at Dadar Colony in Bengaluru. But, I rejected the flat worth Rs 10 crore, he added. Venkaiah said that SM Krishna, who was the then Chief Minister, insisted him to take flat. The BJP leader stated that he told his son and daughter to keep away from politics. I too never interfered in their business and charity activities, he said.
