Vikram Goud, son of former minister Mukesh Goud sustained injuries inside the hall at his residence in the upscale Banjara Hills area in Hyderabad early on Friday, when some unidentified men rushed in, fired at him. According to the version of his wife, they were preparing to go to the temple when the incident took place. ACP Mahendra Reddy addressing the media said that at the time of the gun firing incident, Vikram Goud, his wife, a watchman and a maid was there in the house. Mahendra Reddy said that two firing injuries were spotted at his body according to the reports of Apollo Hospital doctors. ACP said that Vikram Goud does not have a licence Gun of him. Vikram Goud said he will talk later over the incident, ACP said. Further, he said that a clue team visited the spot and collected the evidence. He said a task team has been formed to nab the culprits and added that CCTV footage near the incident area will be checked. ACP hoped that very soon the case will be chased.
