CM KCR has launched the third phase of Haritha Haram programme in Telangana at Karimnagar. KCR has ridiculed the opposition leaders, over the negative propaganda on sheep distribution scheme. KCR explained that it is very common to happen that few sheep out of the 84 lakh sheep distributed,
