Doctors have cautioned parents against the symptoms to show that their children are addicted to drugs. They find difficulty in sleeping, eyes are bloodshot and BP is raised. Also, they have mood swings, and prefer to be alone most of the time. Parents have been cautioned against scolding the child. Instead speak to them calmly, in an isolated place and allow them to speak, experts said. Some children might threaten suicide, so be alert, parents are warned.
