Ongole CCS constable son beats up youth in mobile shop - Tv5

Shiva, son of a constable Chandra, thrashed a youth in a mobile shop for no reason. The incident occurred in Ongole town of Prakasam district. The victim, Naveen went to a mobile shop to recharge balance on his number. Shiva, who was present in the shop, has beaten Naveen by closing shutters of the shop. Even, he threatened owner of the mobile shop and told him that no one can do anything to him as he is the son of constable. Shiva father Chandra is working at central crime station in Ongole.
