Director Dasari Narayana Rao's last interview - Tv9

Prominent director and writer Dasari Narayana Rao died in KIMS Hospital on Tuesday. He was admitted to hospital due to ill-health few days ago. In his last interview, Dasari said that the Telugu film industry came to Hyderabad because of proactiveness of the then Chief Minister Marri Chenna Reddy. After Telangana state formed, Dasari stated that K Chandrashekar Rao government had held 3 meetings with directors and actors of Telugu film industry and expressed interest in making Hyderabad as a hub for global filmmaking. On the other hand, Dasari said that the TDP government did not spoke to film industry people over developing infrastructure for filmmaking in AP.
