Minister Lokesh signed a deal with Hindustan Computers Ltd., at New Delhi, today. He signed an agreement with HCL chief Shiv Nadar. He handed over the papers regarding setting up of the company in Andhra Pradesh (AP), to HCL chief. He said that it is the aim of AP government to change Navyandhra Pradesh in to an Information Technology (IT) hub. Shiv Nadar showered praises on Chandrababu. He said that the AP CM encourage IT right from the beginning. Hailing Chandrababu as a visionary, he said that whenever they met, he always spoke of IT development. He explained that efficiency and progress are the reasons behind HCL success.
