Both KCR and Chandrababu raised the issue of seven displaced villages of Polavaram project, in the respective Assemblies. KCR said that he had spoken to Chandrababu about it. He told the latter that the seven extra villages in Andhra Pradesh (AP) could be taken back into Telangana, for which the AP CM agreed. He said that they would meet again and resolve the issue. Meanwhile, Chandrababu hailed the decision to include the seven villages in AP, without which Polavaram project would have remained a dream. It would have been difficult to take permissions or spend money on construction, he said.
