Responding to the remarks of AP DGP Sambasiva Rao, Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan said that the government has to give permission for a silent protest at RK Beach in Visakhapatnam on Thursday. He tweeted that people have right to protest in the democracy. Earlier, the DGP said that the Police department is not against an expression of speech and every citizen has right to express his or her opinion. The DGP said that no individual or organisation has approached police seeking permission. He stated that there are chances of anti-social elements trying to create disturbance if permission is given.
