The US Senate has voted to confirm Indian American and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley as US Ambassador to United Nations. Nikki Haley won strong support from Senate despite her lack of foreign policy experience. The Senate has overwhelmingly confirmed Nikki Haley as the US ambassador to the United Nations, voting 96-4. She led South Carolina through Charlson Church shooting. Haley is not always a supporter of Donald Trump. Recently, Haley said that she voted for Trump and thrilled to see him win.
