Odisha Railway Police thrashed disabled man for allegedly atealing phone
It is reported in Odisha that in a shocking incident a disabled man was thrashed by Railway police in Balasur District in Odisha for allegedly stealing a mobile phone from a train passenger at the Balasur Station. Sources say that he was caught by the passers by's while he was trying to flee away after stealing the mobile phone later which he was handed over to the RPF. After recovering the mobile from the disabled the RPF staff said to be kicked the person mercilessly. Superintendent of Railway police Sanjay Kaushal said that efforts are going on to trace the disabled person and to make him lodge a complaint and action will be taken on police if they are found guilty.
