CID case against YSRCP MLAs over distribution of spurious liquor in 2014 polls - ABN

The CID of AP government has filed a case against two YSRCP MLAs of Nellore district over distribution of adulterated liquor. The chargesheet named Sarvepalli MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy and Kavali MLA Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy. The CID filed a case based on the complaint of supplying illicit liquor during 2014 elections. Six persons have died after consuming adulterated liquor. The CID said that red sanders smuggler Krishnaswamy had confessed to police of supplying spurious liquor to YSRCP leaders from Goa and Karnataka.
