Axis Bank computers hacked; RBI informed
Axis bank, the third largest private bank in India, has been hacked and it's data has been compromised, a bank official said. The bank got a call from it's security that it might have been breached. A probe confirmed that a hacker got authorized entry into the bank records. The bank has hired audit investigators Ernst and Young to look into the hacking. They are yet to confirm any damage to the files.
