At least 80 people were killed and more than 200 wounded in Kabul on Saturday, when a suicide bomber detonated a bomb among a large crowd of peaceful demonstrators, officials and eyewitnesses said. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack. The Afghanistan government admitted the injured in Kabul-based government hospitals and providing medical treatment to the victims. The death toll likely to go up as some of them were injured critically.
